Payment

The following payment methods are available to you:

Credit Card: We accept Visa and Mastercard paid directly to us through ANZ’s secure gateway checkout system.

Paypal: You can pay for your order with Paypal using your Paypal account.

Afterpay: Afterpay allows you to pay for your order in four instalments. You will be taken to the Afterpay checkout page and need an Afterpay account to use this payment method*.

Zip Money: Zip Money allows you to pay through monthly instalments over a certain interest free period. However, paying only the minimum monthly repayment amount will generally not repay a purchase within the interest free period. You will be taken to the Zip Money checkout page and need an account to use this payment method*.

Gift Certifcate: Redeem a Gift Certificate purchased for you from our website.

Payment in full must be received before orders are dispatched.
All prices are GST inclusive.

*Afterpay and Zip Money are ‘buy now, pay later’ payment methods. Please read their terms and conditions carefully as you will be charged high interest rates if payments are missed or the amount is not paid in full within the interest free period.

Delivery

We offer FREE delivery (*Terms and Conditions apply) in Australia and to New Zealand for orders over $50. A $10 flat fee for orders in Australia ($15 for New Zealand) will be charged otherwise.

*Very large items (e.g. Hamboards, Kahuna Longboards, etc.) and all Electric Skateboards can only be shipped within Australia and shipping is not included.  The cost for shipping those items is $30 per large item.

Extra cost will be charged if you wish for your order to be sent via Express Post.

We use Aramex courier or Australia Post for most of our deliveries within Australia and Australia Post International Standard for International deliveries.

Our delivery time for Australian destinations is between 1 to 10 working days depending where you are located and what your requirements are. Aramex doesn’t deliver to PO box addresses. If you have given us a PO box address for shipping, we will use Australia Post for delivery which might affect the delivery time. If there are any unexpected delays, we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of your order. Please note delivery time might increase during holiday periods.

A signature on delivery is required for most orders so please make sure someone is at your shipping address during the day to sign. You can give us your work address as a shipping address if it makes things easier for you. Please just make sure you include the company/business name.
In the event no one’s home when the courier attempts delivery, a calling card will be left so you can contact the courier company directly and arrange a new delivery time. Alternatively, you can choose to have the courier leave the parcel at a secure place at the premises. Please include this information when placing your order. Concrete Lines takes no responsibility for damaged or missing parcels in this case.

Shipping cost for International deliveries is calculated based on destination, weight and size of the parcel.
